To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
The Goods are in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Once your return is approved, we will dispatch the replacement within 3–5 working days of receiving the returned item. Delivery of the replacement will take an additional 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
Once we receive and inspect the returned Goods, we will initiate the refund process within 7–14 working days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and the amount will be credited to your source account within 7 days after processing.
You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
